Report a Missing Sensor

We're sorry to hear that you were without a sensor for a part of the challenge.

Use the following form if you did not have a sensor during any of the challenge days. This could be due to delayed sensor shipment, a sensor issue, or something else. Once submitted, we'll adjust all the days that you were without a sensor, plus add an additional 3 days for your new sensor, if applicable.

What is the starting date that you were without a sensor

If you did not have a sensor for the start of the challenge, simply enter the challenge start date.

What date did you apply the new sensor?

If the challenge will end prior to applying your new sensor, simply enter the challenge end date.
